Care Services at Victoria Hall provide skilled and caring personel to oversee medication management, personal care, housekeeping and laundry. Residents choose the services they need today, with the possibility that they may require more supports in the future. Their well-being and comfort are of primary concern to all staff at Victoria Hall.

Victoria Hall provides Respite Care for one or two guests who require a short or long term supportive environment. For example, respite guests may be leaving hospital, but are not ready to manage day to day life alone at home; or the guest's family members or usual caregivers may be resting or traveling. In addition, a respite guest stay may be recommended by Victoria Hall to assess whether the services offered are best suited to the needs of a person applying for long term residency. Respite guests have access to all the services available to residents for a reasonable daily fee.

The verandah, balcony, patio and large garden at the rear of the Hall provide summer choices for enjoying the outdoors.

Victoria Hall has a high staff to resident ratio. In addition to the administrator, there are supervisors for Care Services and Food Services. Trained personal care workers provide basic support if necessary. There are live-in supervisors, and at night, security and care staff make rounds every half hour.
